On the Third operates on a no refund policy. Please contact us directly if you would like to exchange an item or receive a store credit. For all exchanges within the US, you have ten (10) days from the delivery date to submit your return request by emailing email@example.com and including your full name and order number. All international exchange requests must be submitted within twenty-one (21) days from the original shipping date.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable and the product must be shipped back to us at your own expense.
What items are returnable?
Most apparels are returnable within ten (10) days of the delivery date.
Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
Free gifts or promotional items
Items marked FINAL SALE
Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
In the unlikely event of receiving the wrong item or an item with a genuine fault, please report this fault to us immediately. At this point you may be offered a refund or a replacement. If a replacement is chosen then we will ship this to you at our own expense.
How long will it take?
Once we have received your return and the exchange/store credit has been approved. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued. You will receive an invoice with details and a code that does not expire.
